AI-generated drafts and explanations are assistance, not a substitute for independent legal or tax advice. Formal advice is only given by the licensed professional assigned to your engagement, in writing.

Timelines quoted are our processing time, not a guarantee of government approval time — ROC, GST, and other authorities set their own review timelines, which we track but don't control.

The professional fee shown at checkout is final for the scope described. Government/statutory fees are itemized separately and pass through at cost. Any scope change is itemized and requires your approval before it's charged.

If a filing is rejected due to an error on our side, we refile at no additional cost and the service-level clock restarts, visible on your dashboard. This does not cover rejections caused by inaccurate information you provided.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the professional fee paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
