FSSAI Registration
Basic, State, or Central license — matched automatically to your turnover and business type.
Every food business in India — from a home kitchen to a manufacturing plant — needs an FSSAI registration or license. We determine the correct license type from your turnover and operations, then file and track it to issuance.

Your FSSAI license or registration certificate is issued and tracked for renewal on your Compliance Calendar.

Frequently asked
Do cloud kitchens need an FSSAI license?
Yes — cloud kitchens, home-based food businesses, and delivery-only operations all need at minimum a Basic Registration, and typically a State License once turnover crosses ₹12 lakh/year.
What happens if I operate without one?
Operating without a valid FSSAI license is a punishable offense under the Food Safety and Standards Act, with penalties that can include both fines and imprisonment for repeat or serious violations.
How often does it need renewal?
Licenses are issued for 1–5 years depending on what you choose at filing; we track your renewal window on your Compliance Calendar well ahead of expiry.
